We offer free standard shipping on all Teddy orders.

Processing & delivery

Every Teddy is printed to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at customers.teddy@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or shipping has started.

Problems with your delivery
